Definition of the Concept

Our relations hand over their specific needs and demands to our organisation. As from that moment onwards the process of matchmaking starts.

• ProGasus Web Staff will investigate over 60,000 resumes which are available in the Internal database. These resumes will be investigated by making selections based on:
  
       - Previous positions held
       - Branches worked for
       - Educational skill set and Post- (Graduate) trainings
       - Preferred working location
       - Expectations from the employee
       - And much more ……

• Within one week from the start of the co-operation ProGasus Web Staff provides you with at least ten suitable resumes.

• After short listing the resumes ProGasus Web Staff arranges the interviews (both onsite and offsite, as per wish of the clients) with the candidates.

• During the first interview a standardized ICT-test will have to be made, which tests the skills from the applicant both theoretical and practical.

• After the first round of interviews a shortlist will be made.

• The candidates on the short list will have to make a test case.

• The test case will  have to be hand over within the time phrase set by ProGasus Web Staff.

• The exam will be looked after and dealt with by ICT-professional, who will look into the various solutions provided.

• After the final test a last selection will be made based on the creating the best possible price / quality solution.

• If needed ProGasus Web Staff provides your future employee with in-house training, in order to teach lacking skills.
